Kids Pool Party Invitations and Party Ideas

Kid's pool party invitations are fun to send and fun to receive. Kid's love summer and few things can beat swim party invitations for a child's birthday party theme.

• Party Favors:  Swim goggles are a fun pool party favor that kids can use during the party. (We have inexpensive goggles kids will love.) Squirt guns, sun glasses and pool noodles are also are great pool fun (check the dollar store) and guests can take them home after using them at the party. Cello bags filled with gold fish crackers make a cute and yummy favor.  Goody bags with a pool theme can include items such as a water bottle, miniature suntan lotion, and fun sun glasses.
• Decorations:  Balloons and table ware in bright tropical colors of orange, teal, yellow, hot pink and lime green mixed with a fish or tropical flower theme are fun for a pool party. Beach balls and swim goggles are great pool fun. Decorate with fish nets, plastic fish and seashells.
• Food:  Grilled hot dogs and hamburgers; shell shaped pasta; sandwiches, jello or cookies in fish shapes using fish shaped cookie cutters; popsicles and make sure there is plenty of water to keep kids hydrated.
• Games:  Water balloon toss, squirt gun challenge, ring toss, and bubbles.
